Dental Scheduler / Treatment Coordinator

If you have 2+ years of experience in PPO and/or Fee-for-Service dental practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients, we'd love to meet you.
We are seeking a well-spoken, experienced Dental Scheduler / Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, coordinating care, explaining treatment recommendations, and helping patients understand their financial options.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the doctor and hygiene schedules to maximize patient care and office efficiency
- Learn and effectively utilize our office systems, including Open Dental
- Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Discuss insurance benefits, PPO coverage, and fee-for-service treatment options
- Review financing and payment arrangements with patients
- Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment completion
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding patient needs
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from initial contact through treatment completion
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of dental front office, scheduling, or treatment coordinating experience (required)
- Experience with PPO and/or Fee-for-Service dental practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, confident, and compassionate demeanor
- Ability to explain treatment and financial arrangements clearly
- Experience with Open Dental preferred, or willingness to learn quickly
- Leadership mindset with a commitment to excellent patient care
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
