Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN (Local & Travel) ($30/hourly Local | Up to $1836/Week Travel | Auto Offer)

- Contract Length: 9-13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
- Shift: Rotating Shift | 12 Hours | 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (The facility is looking for a day/shift nurse. Rotating weekends.)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
- Overtime: Paid after 40 hours

Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- Active ME - LPN or Multistate License
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in LTC, Skilled Nursing, Rehab, or Acute Care
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care within LPN scope.
- Monitor residents, record vital signs, perform assessments.
- Administer medications, injections, treatments, and wound care.
- Assist with ADLs (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility)
- Maintain accurate EMR/EHR documentation.

- Blended Hourly Rate: $51.00
- Weekly Gross: $1836.00
- Taxable Hourly (W2): $17.00
- Non-Taxable Stipend: $34.00
- Taxable Weekly Gross: $612.00
