About the Job
We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented Executive Driver to provide professional transportation services for employees, executives, clients, and guests. The ideal candidate is punctual, courteous, and committed to delivering a comfortable and safe travel experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport employees, executives, clients, and guests to scheduled destinations, including offices, airports, hotels, meetings, and special events.
- Plan efficient travel routes using GPS navigation and real-time traffic updates.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operating conditions.
- Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and readiness of company vans.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage, packages, or equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel usage, inspections, and transportation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, company policies, and vehicle safety regulations.
- Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly and coordinate scheduled servicing.
- Provide courteous, professional, and confidential service to all passengers.
- Support occasional delivery, transportation, or administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- At least 2 years of professional driving, shuttle, delivery, chauffeur, or passenger transportation experience preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of local roads, highways, and navigation systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience driving passenger vans, shuttle vehicles, or executive transportation.
- Defensive driving certification is a plus.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Experience with passenger safety procedures and transportation regulations.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Pay: $36.48 - $41.89 per hour
