We're hiring a Jr. Maintenance Technician for our Southeast Houston client!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
Job Title: Jr. Maintenance Technician
Location: Southeast Houston
Pay: $19/hr.
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch
Duration: Temp-to-hire
Description of Duties: Assist with maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment. Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical machinery, inspect equipment for wear or damage, support machine startups, shutdowns, and changeovers, and use hand tools and testing equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently. Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment issues while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Requirements: 1-2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to read equipment manuals preferred. Familiarity with machine calibration procedures and measuring instruments is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to safety required.
