Job Description
An orthopedic medical office with locations in Los Angeles and Fullerton, CA is seeking a Korean/English Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our team.
This position offers excellent hands-on clinical experience and is ideal for Pre-Med, Pre-PA, or other Pre-Health students looking to strengthen their medical background.
Responsibilities
- Patient intake
- Preparing and cleaning exam rooms
- Assisting providers during examinations and treatments
- Appointment scheduling and surgery scheduling
- Insurance authorization requests
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous medical experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Pre-med / Pre-health students strongly encouraged to apply
