American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 2+ years of experience and NICU/PICU exposure for a 16-week night shift assignment.

Work in the Respiratory Therapy department treating patients across all age groups, including ICU and ED floors
-
Play a significant role in neonatal and pediatric care, though there is no dedicated NICU/PICU unit
-
12-hour night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
-
36 hours per week over a 16-week assignment
-
Minimum of every other weekend required, with schedule adjustments as needed to meet unit and patient care needs

Holiday coverage as needed

No block scheduling available

Epic EMR used
-
Active RRT certification (license required if applicable)

AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
-
Minimum 2 years of experience required

Neonate and pediatric experience, including NICU/PICU exposure, required

Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years required
-
Complete and detailed work history documentation required, including all specialties for each employment entry

Explanation required for any employment gaps exceeding 90 days

Bi-weekly orientation schedule with set start dates

Public transportation is not accessible in the area, so a reliable personal or rental vehicle is strongly recommended

All-season or snow tires recommended for vehicles during November through April
