Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Staff. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced café environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective food handling, preparation, and service. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
- Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with bussing tables to ensure a clean dining environment for guests.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure the highest quality of food handling.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay Range:
- $11–$15/hour, based on experience and position.
