Operational Support: Ensure daily operations align with company policies and procedures, stepping in for the Store Manager as needed.

Hands-On Operational Support: Assist with store operations across departments as needed, including customer service, department coverage, stocking, front-end support, receiving/freight support, and other operational needs.

Staff Supervision: Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, emphasizing product education and customer service excellence.
