Job Summary
Community Broadcasters is seeking a dynamic and strategic Selling Market Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Sumter, SC market in the Midlands of South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive Sales strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. This role requires a deep understanding of and experience at Radio Sales, content creation, Leadership experience, and sales techniques to effectively position our products in a competitive market.
The Selling Market Manager will possess a strong background in Radio sales, with no less than 2 years of Sales Management experience. Advertising sales is essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a plan for growing the market, and increasing the Customer Base.
- Manage advertising campaigns across the 5 radio Stations in the local market area, as well as the Stations in the two other markets in the State of SC.
- Oversee social media marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and audience interaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitors, and stay informed on industry trends in Broadcast Media. You will embrace the challenge of building, training, and leading sales initiatives across our Broadcast and NTR Assets.
- You will manage a staff of 4-5 Account Executives, including field coaching, partnering with the Sales Staff to help them close sales. and you will write business yourself in the market to grow the Company's Account base, and business.

Pay: $47,872.45 - $80,652.84 per year
