Job Description: Sr. Graphic Designer & Production Manager
Location: Corporate Office – Englewood, CO (Hybrid: Mon/Fri in-office) with flexibility in daily start/end times.

Purpose
The Senior Graphic Designer & Production Manager is the execution and production engine behind our brand marketing efforts. While our creative agency develops high-level campaign concepts and brand systems, this role is responsible for translating that direction into high-quality, production-ready assets across every channel and touchpoint. You will lead the visual production of member-facing creative, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Production: Translate campaign concepts into assets for social media, paid media, email, websites, in-club signage, and digital monitors.
- Web & Digital Experience: Design and optimize website pages and landing pages, applying UX/UI best practices, mobile-first design principles, and responsive layouts.
- Production Engine: Adapt core campaign concepts into variations for diverse platforms, maintaining strict brand standards and quality under tight deadlines.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor one Junior Graphic Designer, providing day-to-day direction, prioritizing tasks, and supporting their professional development.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the creative agency and internal marketing teams to ensure campaign continuity across all channels.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5–7+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within an agency or high-volume consumer-facing environment.
- Web Design Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in true web design, including building/customizing templates and understanding responsive behavior (not just template editing).
- Technical Proficiency: * Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
- Proficiency in Figma for collaboration and design system management.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital (email, paid media, web) and physical (print, signage) channels is required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
