Duties
- Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, lead generation, and territory management to expand our customer base.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on used vehicles to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through account management and follow-up, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to maximize sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and business development strategies to increase market share within assigned territories.
Qualifications
- Strong outside sales skills including cold calling, lead generation, and territory management.
- Excellent negotiation, customer service, and communication skills to build rapport and close deals effectively.
- Ability to conduct product demos, upsell additional services or warranties, and perform technical sales when necessary.
- Demonstrated success in managing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends, vehicle features, financing options, and relevant regulations is preferred but not required.
