Cycle World of Athens INC has been serving Powersports to the Athens area since 1975. We offer Honda®, Polaris®, Suzuki, Yamaha and Kawasaki. Responsibilities:
- Conduct retail sales activities to promote and sell products or services
- Utilize calling techniques to generate leads and secure new customers
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Assist with inventory control and management of sales materials
- Collaborate with sales management to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify market trends and opportunities to maximize sales potential
- Provide sales support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
Experience:
- Proven experience in retail sales a plus
- Strong calling skills with the ability to generate leads and close deals
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customer base
- Familiarity with inventory control processes and procedures
- Previous experience in sales is a plus, but not required
Motorcycle, ATV and ORV knowledge and riding experience a plus.
