Role Overview
The Change Management Lead will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide adoption, readiness, and behavioral transformation associated with a large-scale ERP modernization program (Finance, HCM, Procurement, and Reporting) for Prado Corp. This role ensures that the organization is prepared, enabled, and supported throughout the full lifecycle—from design through post-go-live stabilization.
This is a mission-critical leadership role that directly impacts user adoption, operational continuity, and the realization of program benefits for a large project.
This role aligns with the program’s emphasis on ERP transformation as a people-centered change impacting all operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Governance
- Define and execute the enterprise Change Management Strategy aligned to program objectives, timeline, and governance model.
- Establish Change Governance Framework (change network, stakeholder forums, escalation paths)
- Embed change into program governance, phase gates, and go-live readiness criteria
Stakeholder Engagement Across All Levels
- Conduct enterprise-wide stakeholder analysis across executive leadership, functional teams, school operations, and community-facing groups
- Design targeted engagement strategies for:
- Executive Leadership and Steering Committees
- Departmental and functional stakeholders
- End users across diverse operational environments
- Drive alignment across multiple demographic layers and organizational levels
Enterprise Communications & Public Messaging
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy tailored to diverse audiences, including:
- Executive briefings and board-level communications
- Steering Committee and leadership updates
- Organization-wide messaging and public-facing communications
- Translate complex system and process changes into clear, accessible messaging for broad audiences
- Ensure messaging is consistent, transparent, and culturally aligned across a large, diverse population
Organizational Readiness
- Lead readiness assessments across all business units and operational environments
- Define and monitor readiness KPIs and adoption risks
- Proactively identify resistance and implement targeted mitigation strategies
Training & Enablement
- Oversee development of a role-based, scalable training strategy
- Ensure training aligns with business processes, system workflows, and user responsibilities
- Establish a sustainable enablement model for ongoing adoption and knowledge retention
Adoption & Reinforcement
- Define and track adoption and utilization metrics.
- Lead post-go-live reinforcement strategies, including coaching and continuous learning.g
- Ensure smooth transition from implementation to steady-state operations.
Change Network & Field Enablement
- Establish and lead a Change Champion Network across departments and operational sites.s
- Enable local champions to support adoption within diverse environments and user groups
- Create feedback loops to improve change effectiveness continuously
Integration with Program Delivery
- Align change activities with:
- Testing cycles (CRP, SIT, UAT)
- Cutover and deployment planning
- Hypercare and stabilization
- Partner with PMO, functional leads, and training teams to ensure integrated delivery
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) for large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programs
- Proven experience operating in complex, multi-layered organizations with diverse stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated success driving adoption across executive, operational, and public-facing audiences
- Public sector, education, or similarly complex environments strongly preferred
Certifications
- PROSCI, CCMP, or equivalent Change Management certification strongly preferred
