We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our Team! Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Educate students in core subjects, ensuring a strong foundation in literacy and numeracy.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom environment.
- Provide individualized support and tutoring for students who require additional assistance.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and specialists to support children with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum.
- Foster a love for learning by creating an inclusive and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay updated on educational trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education is preferred.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and effective teaching strategies.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and literacy education practices.
- Ability to write clear lesson plans and educational materials tailored for young learners.
