Position: Field Sales Manager - On Premise Division

Virginia Imports is looking for talented and energetic Field Sales Manager to join our Sales team. This role is responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To plan, organize, direct and control the execution of company and supplier programs through assigned Sales Representatives to achieve optimum sales volume. Ensure effective presentation of supplier brands to the customers and consumers. Communicate to management the status and needs of Sales Representatives, suppliers and customers.
- Ensure effective presentation of supplier brands to the customers and consumers.
- Build rapport with clients.
- Provide leadership, guidance and support needed to attain the commitment and motivation of assigned Sales Representatives to achieve company and suppliers’ objectives.
- Communicate to management the status and news of Sales Representatives, suppliers and customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or Related work experience.
- Ideal candidate will have previous experience as a supervisor or manager in the Wine Industry or a passion for Wine.
- Must be a results-oriented professional with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high volume, team environment.
- Must be able to multi-task, work independently and within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- Must have valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
