American Traveler is hiring a Travel CT Technologist for a variable 4x10 shift assignment at an acute care hospital with Level III Trauma Center designation in Washington, MO.

Acute care hospital setting with a Level III Trauma Center, Level II Stroke Center, and Level II STEMI Center designation

CT Scan department
-
Variable 4x10 hour shifts

Weekend hours as needed

Call requirements as needed

Float requirements as needed

EMR: Epic

Minimum 1 year of recent CT Technologist experience

Current BLS certification required
-
Active license required, if applicable

Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment unless documentation of scheduled renewal is provided
-
A valid U.S. Social Security Number is required — Canadian SINs are not accepted
-
No gaps in employment of 90+ days within the past 12 months
-
Perform diagnostic CT scans for interpretation by a radiologist
-
Assist the radiologist in special CT procedures and provide patient care essential to CT scan procedures
-
Apply principles of radiation protection

Black scrubs required
-
Up to 5 days of RTO is allowed but must be made up during the assignment

Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but subject to a reduced bill rate
-
Candidates within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts at this facility; after that, a minimum 1-year separation or transfer to a facility outside the 50-mile radius is required
