Summary
We are seeking a House Monitor to join our team at Bethesda Services LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing clients in a supportive environment, ensuring their safety and well-being while providing essential behavioral health support. Your contributions will be vital in promoting recovery and positive outcomes.
This position requires evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Monitor clients' behavior and provide support in a therapeutic environment.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed to ensure client safety.
- Assist in medication administration and adherence to treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding progress and concerns.
- Supervise daily activities and provide guidance to promote positive behaviors.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and incidents.
Requirements
- 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance.
- CPR Certification.
- Experience in addiction counseling or behavioral health preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff.
- Ability to supervise and manage client activities responsibly.
