Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and building systems
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns
- Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems
- Maintain HVAC systems, lighting, and other facility equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work and repairs performed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical maintenance.
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints with confidence.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigerants; familiarity with refrigeration is highly valued.
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair, electrical troubleshooting, and general maintenance practices.
- Construction or building maintenance experience is a plus for supporting facility upgrades.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently or lead small teams when necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent attention to detail.
