The Wellness Way Brentwood is a patient-centered chiropractic and wellness clinic dedicated to helping people achieve optimal health through personalized, natural care. We provide chiropractic care alongside wellness services and focus on identifying the root cause of health concerns while creating a welcoming, supportive environment for every patient.
We are looking for a licensed Massage Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist looking to supplement their current practice or seeking a flexible schedule in a collaborative wellness setting.
Position Summary
As a Massage Therapist at The Wellness Way Brentwood, you will provide therapeutic massage services that support our patients' overall health and wellness. You'll work alongside our providers to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, relieve stress, and enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Perform customized therapeutic massage treatments based on each patient's needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely treatment notes.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support patient care plans.
- Educate patients on self-care and wellness strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting patient relationships.
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee Massage Therapy License in good standing.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate.
- Passion for helping others improve their health and well-being.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a chiropractic, wellness, or integrative health clinic.
- Training in deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal massage, or myofascial release.
Schedule & Benefits
