We're looking for a Bilingual HR Generalist to join a growing multi-unit restaurant organization. This is a hands-on role where you'll partner closely with restaurant managers and the HR Director to support employees across multiple locations. This is a hybrid position, working Monday-Wednesday in the office and Thursday-Friday remotely, with occasional travel to restaurant locations throughout the Los Angeles area.

Partner with restaurant managers on employee relations, coaching, performance management, and workplace investigations.

Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and management positions.

Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation.

Assist with HR compliance, including California employment laws and company policies.

Support leave administration, workers' compensation, accommodations, and other HR programs.

Maintain employee records and HRIS data.

Help drive employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives.

Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees.

Visit restaurant locations to build relationships and support operations.

3+ years of Human Resources experience.

Hospitality, restaurant, retail, hotel, food service, or other multi-unit experience strongly preferred.

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution skills.

Working knowledge of California employment laws.

Experience supporting multiple locations is a plus.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.

Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

SHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification is a plus.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
