A growing multi-unit hospitality organization is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to support restaurant operations and corporate leadership. This position will play a key role in employee relations, recruiting, compliance, training, and HR operations while partnering closely with field leadership to drive a positive employee experience.

Partner with restaurant managers and leadership teams on employee relations matters, performance management, and workplace investigations.

Support full-cycle recruiting efforts for hourly and management positions.

Lead onboarding and new hire orientation processes.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including California labor regulations.

Assist with leave administration, workers' compensation, accommodations, and HR policy implementation.

Support employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives.

Maintain HR records, reporting, and HRIS data integrity.

Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee-related matters.

Travel to restaurant locations as needed to support operations and team members.

5+ years of Human Resources experience.

3+ years of HR experience supporting hospitality, restaurant, food service, or multi-unit operations.

Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices.

Experience supporting multiple locations and field-based teams.

Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution skills.

Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
