This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, customer service, and creating exceptional guest experiences in a luxury wellness environment. We are currently hiring for a weekend opener position, with opportunities for additional hours and expanded responsibilities beginning this fall.

7:30 AM – 1:30 PM
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Reliability and a proven record of excellent attendance
- Confidence in a sales-focused environment
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Confidently sell memberships and promote studio services
- Follow up with prospective members via text, phone, and email
- Educate guests on the benefits of infrared sauna therapy and Perspire memberships
- Schedule reservations and follow-up appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Conduct studio tours for prospective members
- Assist with opening procedures and daily studio operations
- Clean and prepare sauna rooms between sessions
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the studio
