Podium Body Works is a growing, customer-focused collision repair facility committed to providing exceptional service and high-quality repairs. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our Round Rock team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct them appropriately.
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Check customers in and out for vehicle repairs.
- Provide customers with repair status updates throughout the repair process.
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding supplements and repair approvals.
- Follow up on accounts receivable (AR) as needed.
- Take and organize before, during, and after repair photos.
- Maintain organized customer files and documentation.
- Assist with general office organization and light cleaning to maintain a professional appearance.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in the automotive or collision repair industry is a plus.
