Job Scope:
- Engaged with Facilities Stakeholders; Property Management ; Building Leadership ; Employees on facility systems & procedures
- Work with Executive Assistance and building occupants on office needs
- Furniture/Equipment Changes & Relocation
- Order Food/Beverage Supplies
- Order Office Supplies
- On call to support Executive Office / Building Leadership
- Meeting & Catering Setup
- Escort Employees & Visitors
- Manage equipment & supply deliveries and distribution
- Restock conference & office supplies including pens/paper pads/soda/water
- Maintain coffee and vending machines
- Cleaning and restocking
- Assist Employees that are relocating To/From office
- Provide boxes ; labels ; manpower to facilitate
- Ability to use hand tools
- Assemble furniture & equipment / hang pictures & whiteboards
- Process USPS / UPS / Interoffice mail and packages
- Deliver mail and packages within the facility
- Manage facility occupancy data
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
