```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle cash handling responsibilities, including cash register operations and daily reconciliation
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members
- Create employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during business hours
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment

- Previous experience in LINE-X or Similar Applications a plus
