Infant Teacher (Ages 6 Weeks–12 Months)

We are seeking a caring, attentive, and organized Infant Teacher to join our 5-Star Quality First Preschool.

- Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain)
Position Responsibilities
- Provide responsive, individualized care in a safe, clean, and nurturing environment.
- Follow each infant's personalized feeding, sleeping, and care schedule.
- Accurately document feedings, diaper changes, naps, developmental milestones, and daily activities.
- Maintain licensing and Quality First documentation with attention to detail.
- Foster early language, sensory exploration, and motor development through intentional interactions and play.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom while following all health and safety procedures.
- Build positive, professional relationships with families through daily communication.
Teacher–Child Interaction Expectations
- Provides warm, responsive, and nurturing care.
- Creates a calm, loving environment where infants feel safe and secure.
- Engages infants through talking, singing, reading, and age-appropriate activities.
- Responds promptly and sensitively to each child's individual needs.
- Carefully observes and documents developmental progress.
- Demonstrates efficiency, professionalism, and strong attention to detail while maintaining accurate daily records.
