Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Insurance Defense Attorneys. The ideal candidates will have experience in handling a variety of insurance defense matters but experience with general liability (premises preferred) as well as auto litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial case handling. Communication with Claims and insureds.
- Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
- Evaluation of claims
- Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
- Plan and prepare for trial including to adherence to all deadlines, etc.
- Trial experience Preferred
