Lawson's Travel Agency is seeking friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy helping others plan memorable travel experiences. As a Remote Travel Advisor, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking vacations, cruises, hotels, flights, tours, and other travel services.
This is a flexible, remote opportunity that allows you to work independently while providing exceptional customer service. No previous travel industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided for individuals who are eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget.
- Research and recommend travel options that best fit each client's goals.
- Book flights, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, tours, excursions, and transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries and confirm reservation details.
- Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Maintain accurate client and booking records.
- Stay informed about travel destinations, supplier promotions, and industry updates.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and online applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable computer and internet connection required.
