Tacoma Eye is looking for an EXPERIENCED front desk/ receptionist (Worked in some form of medical office) who can help us work hard behind the scenes to make our patients’ experiences super-smooth, efficient and easy.

This job will start as (Part time) PT. We need an employee to join our team as an EXPERIENCED front desk receptionist. for some form of medical office. Ability and knowledge of insurance verification is needed. You will spend time working as an optometric technician as well. As the one giving the first impression of our office, we look for you to be comfortable on the phone, exceptionally friendly, and enjoy getting to know people. Almost everything we do involves the computer; great typing/computer skills are needed.
We are looking for medical office front desk experience. You need to be familiar with insurance verification. If you’re able to answer the phone, kindly ask “Hi! How can I help you?” and are ready to learn new information that will let you help the caller in the best way possible, we’re happy to teach you everything else you need to know from there.
We work Tuesdays through Saturday (rarely Mondays). We are flexible and we will discuss your part time schedule on your interview.
