Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and other necessary care tasks
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff
Participate in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
Minimum1 year of experience as a CNA
Ability to work a part-time evening shift
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
