Field Service Technician – Office Technology

We're looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our service team. Whether you're an experienced copier technician or someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting and learning new technology, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Canon, Kyocera, and other office technology equipment, including copiers, printers, and multifunction devices.
- Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and customer uptime.
- Deliver exceptional onsite customer service while building trusted relationships with our clients.
- Accurately document service activity, parts usage, and equipment status using our service management system.
- Collaborate with our local service and support teams to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
What We're Looking For
- Experience servicing Canon copiers, printers (3-5 years)
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic networking and computer troubleshooting experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a daily service territory efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
