Veterinary Receptionist CSR position available. We are looking for a Part-time veterinary receptionist.
The candidate must have a minimum experience of 1 Years working in the veterinary field or a student studying to be an assistant or RVT

First Shift (Full-Time)
4.10 schedule - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday - 10:00am-8:30pm
Second Shift (Part-Time)
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 6:00pm-1:00am & Saturday 11:00am-7:30pm
Job Purpose:
Serves patients by greeting and assisting them; scheduling appointments; maintaining records and accounts.
Duties:
* Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
* Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area.
* Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information; recording and collecting patient charges; controlling credit extended to patients; filing, collecting, and expediting third-party claims.
* Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.
