Looking for several ideal candidates for our cracksealing / sealcoating team. Only hiring people who are reliable and work well with others and have direct experience in the field. Need to have a valid drivers license and prove that you have a reliable way to get to work on time every day. Our season is 8-9 months long, there are some "off-season" opportunities for the right person.
Many opportunities for advancement depending on skills/experience/effort. Higher pay available for seasoned drivers (non-cdl) and machine operators!
We need motivated people looking to learn new skills and better themselves! Lots of room for growth!
Responsibilities
- Show up on time
- Ensure your truck/equipment is prepped
- Travel safely to job site
- Set up safe work zone at job site
- Work with your team to safely apply material and control traffic
- End of day refuel, clean and report and issues
Skills
- Solid understanding of site safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks as needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
