Bluebonnet Brunch House is a Texan-owned, vibrant new brunch restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional brunch experiences in a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. We are looking for experienced and friendly restaurant servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by providing attentive service, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities
· Greet guests warmly
· Present menus and provide detailed explanations of menu items
· Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
· Ability to relay orders to kitchen staff via POS system
· Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests or special requirements
· Check-in with guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
· Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and overall guest satisfaction
· Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Skills
· Prior experience in a food-serving establishment a plus
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Highly developed interpersonal skills
· Working knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems
· High level of stamina to work to work on feet for extended periods
· Ability to work well under intense time pressure
· Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts
· Ability to carry trays, plates and small wares
· Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
· Polite and hospitable attitude
