Overview
The role of the Commercial Technician is to provide high quality wheel-end service to our commercial fleet customers. All work is performed in our service shop and consists of changing tires on cars, light trucks, medium-duty trucks and heavy-duty trucks as well as trailers of all sizes. We guarantee 40hrs per week and OT is available on an as-needed basis. Uniforms are provided by the company after probation period. The ability to earn commission on service labor is also available once tech passes probation period and proves capable of performing required work efficiently and independently.
Duties
- Install, repair, and replace commercial tires on a variety of vehicles, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment to identify issues and execute repairs efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance and
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols during all procedures involving heavy lifting or mechanical work.
- Collaborate with team members to complete repairs promptly and ensure customer satisfaction on every visit.
Qualifications
- Prior commercial tire service experience preferred.
- Must be authorized to legally work in the State of TN and the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be able to work well with others as a team and treat teammates respectfully.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments.
- Service technician experience in a fast-paced setting is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.30 per hour
