MAISON is a premium residential cleaning brand building steady recurring routes across the San Fernando Valley. We handle all marketing, client booking, scheduling, billing, and customer communication. You focus on the clean.
We are building the most trusted cleaning brand in our area, one recurring client at a time. The cleaners who start with us now get first pick of routes as they form.
What we offer
- A steady mix of work: deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleans, Airbnb turnovers, and recurring weekly and biweekly homes. As routes form, you get the same clients on a set schedule
- Flat rate per job, not hourly. Typical job pays $100-170 depending on size, roughly $25-35 per hour for an experienced cleaner. Most cleaners working 4-12 jobs a week earn $400-$1,800
- You see the exact pay before you accept any job. What we quote is what you get
- No fees, ever. You never pay us anything. We bill the client, you get your flat rate
- Paid same day on your first completed job, then weekly after that. No chasing payments
- No fixed term and no commitment either way. You accept the jobs you want and decline the ones you don't
- Already have your own clients? Keep them. We add volume on top and we do not ask for exclusivity. You are free to work with other companies as well
- Clean with a partner? Tell us and we can schedule you together
- Clear scope, job details, and a checklist for every clean
- $75 bonus after your first three completed jobs in your first 30 days
Requirements
- 2+ years of paid residential house cleaning experience. This is required, not preferred
- Independent contractor (1099). Taxes are not withheld and you handle those yourself
- Your own general liability insurance before your first client job. It runs about $55-60 per month. We send you the exact link and walk you through the setup step by step
- Background check before your first client job. We cover the cost
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and your own equipment and supplies
- Professional, punctual, detail-oriented. Our clients book the same cleaner every visit, so reliability is the whole job
- Based in or able to reliably cover the San Fernando Valley - Sherman Oaks
About the work
You clean residential homes to a consistent premium standard: recurring visits, deep cleans, move-outs, and turnovers, depending on your availability. We provide the clients, the schedule, and the scope. You show up on time, complete the clean, submit your before and after photos through our app, and get paid per completed job. This is best for cleaners who want steady, predictable volume instead of constantly hunting for private clients.
How it works
Apply with a short introduction covering your years of cleaning experience, which areas you can reliably cover, your general availability, and confirmation that you have or can quickly get your own liability insurance.
From there: a 10-minute call, then onboarding through our app, then your first paid job. Do well and you're on the roster.
