Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled 3rd Shift Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our manufacturing maintenance team. This energetic role is vital in maintaining the seamless operation of complex machinery and equipment during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for ensuring optimal performance of electro-mechanical systems. You will be instrumental in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment to support continuous production and safety standards.
Duties
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on electro-mechanical systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
- Use schematics, technical manuals, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct repairs involving electrical, welding, soldering techniques, and mechanical adjustments using precision measuring instruments.
- Operate industrial equipment such as scissor lifts, low voltage testers, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to assess system health.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records, update CMMS logs, and ensure compliance with safety protocols during all service activities.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to minimize downtime by providing timely repairs and technical support.
- Support customer service initiatives by resolving equipment issues swiftly to meet production demands.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an industrial mechanic or industrial electrician role within a manufacturing facility environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including hydraulics, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), and high voltage electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and industrial maintenance procedures.
- Ability to operate scissor lifts and other industrial equipment safely during maintenance tasks.
- Excellent analysis skills to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical problems efficiently.
- Experience with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting.
- Effective communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration.
- Industrial mechanic or industrial electrician experience is highly desirable.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours
Technical Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook

Pay: $26.50 - $30.50 per hour
