Position Overview
Are you a KS CNA who wants to slow down and truly care for your patient instead of being responsible for multiple residents at once? Join our team providing 1:1 in-home care for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Down syndrome. This role allows you to focus on one client at a time, building meaningful relationships while providing high-quality care in a comfortable home environment.

Monday- Friday 8a-6p
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care consistent with CNA-level duties, including but not limited to:
- Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
- Vital signs and observation of changes in condition (as applicable)
- Assist with medication reminders per care plan
- Safely transport clients to and from appointments, errands, and community activities
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and communicate relevant information to the care team as needed
- Provide companionship while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries
- Follow individualized care plans and document care accurately and timely
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for the client
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with clients, families, and office staff
- Uphold confidentiality and comply with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications
- KS CNA certification preferred (or equivalent hands-on caregiving experience)
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while following care plans and protocols
