We are a extremely busy podiatrist office in Conroe/The Woodlands/Huntsville looking for a detail-oriented person to fill a medical receptionist position. Our hours are 8:15 am -- 5:30 pm Monday – Thursday. Closed Friday - Sunday. We are looking for a person who is able to multitask, pay attention to detail, and is very dependable.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling patient appointments for our clinic as well as MRI and other imaging
- Check patients in and out
- Collecting Copays and Deductibles
- Verify patient insurances
- Travel to other locations with Medical Assistant
- Must be a team player
- MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO MULTITASK
