Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in construction of pole barns, residential framing, and roofing projects
- Operate hand and power tools and equipment
- Execute tasks such as framing, roofing, exterior metaling, siding, shingling, and metal roof installation
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company standards of operation
- Work effectively and efficiently as part of the team
- Display a positive attitude and follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Prior construction experience required (at least 5 years)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (heavy lifting, bending, climbing, carrying, etc.)
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Honesty, integrity, dependability and punctuality
- Respectful communication with superiors, team members and clients
