This position is ideal for an engineer with 2+ years of manufacturing experience who wants to make a direct impact on production while working alongside an experienced engineering and operations team. You'll support manufacturing operations, improve efficiency, reduce waste, and help implement process improvements that keep production running safely and effectively.
What You'll Do
- Support daily manufacturing operations and troubleshoot production issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and throughput.
- Analyze production bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions and process documentation.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and engineering change implementation.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Monitor manufacturing performance and recommend improvements using data-driven decision making.
- Support a safe, quality-focused manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline preferred.
- 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in a production environment preferred.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations and production teams.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable working on the manufacturing floor and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
