Responsibilities
- Safely move and park standard passenger cars and other vehicles within dealership premises, including outdoor parking areas.
- Assist guests with vehicle arrivals and departures, providing friendly and efficient guest services.
- Handle light manual lifting of vehicles or parts as needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Process cash transactions accurately for services or parking fees, utilizing retail math and cashiering skills.
- Maintain clear communication with team members regarding vehicle status and guest needs to ensure seamless service flow.
- Support automotive service operations by organizing vehicles in designated areas and preparing them for inspection or delivery.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, including outdoor work environments and parking zones.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential!
- Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive service processes is a plus but not mandatory—training will be provided.
- Ability to operate standard passenger cars confidently, including manual transmission vehicles.
- Comfortable performing outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience with heavy lifting and physical activity required to handle vehicle movement tasks safely.
- Basic cashiering skills, including processing cash transactions accurately and managing retail math principles.
