The Role:
We are seeking a motivated, professional, and dependable Mobile Service Technician to join our team. This position operates out of our mobile service truck, providing convenient on-site vehicle maintenance and light repair services for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys independence and a fast-paced work environment while representing our dealership directly in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and general service repairs on-site.
- Oil/filter changes, tire mounting/balancing, cabin/engine air filter replacement, fluid exchanges and maintenance services.
- Perform applicable recalls and service updates.
- Conduct basic inspections and identify additional maintenance needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of mobile service truck.
- Manage truck inventory parts organization, and supply levels.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Communicate professionally with customers, advisors, and dealership staff.
Job Requirements:
- Previous GM or dealership experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in quick service and/or general automotive repair
- Ability to perform maintenance services independently and efficiently
- Understanding of logistics, inventory management, and mobile operations
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
