About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Technician/Aide to join our Farmersville clinic. This position requires prior professional experience in a physical therapy or rehabilitation setting. What You'll Do
- Assist with patient setup, exercises, and modalities
- Work consistently alongside our chiropractic team as part of a dual-provider treatment model, and coordinate periodically with our FNP as needed
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment between patients
- Accurately document patient interactions and treatment details in our EMR system (e Clinical Works) in real time
- Support patient flow across multiple treatment bays simultaneously
- Communicate clearly with clinical staff across disciplines to keep the schedule moving without sacrificing care quality
- Approach cross-disciplinary collaboration with curiosity: we operate as an integrated medical clinic, and we're looking for someone eager to learn how PT, chiropractic, and medical care work together here.
What We're Looking For
- Required: Prior experience in a PT, rehab, sports medicine, or similar clinical support role
- Required: Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume outpatient environment
- Strong, accurate documentation habits: able to chart efficiently without falling behind
- Comfortable working within a multi-disciplinary, integrated clinic setting alongside chiropractic and medical providers
- Genuine interest in physical therapy as a career path (many of our techs go on to PTA or DPT programs)
- Reliable, team-oriented, and calm under pressure
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with EMR/documentation software
- Background in athletic training, kinesiology, or exercise science
- Experience assisting with orthopedic or sports rehab caseloads
Our Core Values
- Excellence: We hold ourselves to a high standard in every patient interaction and every task, no matter how small.
- Ownership: We take responsibility for our work and our outcomes, and we follow through.
- Patient Experience First: Every decision we make starts with what's best for the patient in front of us.
- Personal and Professional Development: We invest in our team's growth, and we expect our team to invest in their own.
- Teamwork: We succeed by working together, supporting each other, and communicating openly.
