Executive Assistant to the President
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant to the President provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the President for a bus sales environment. This role manages executive schedules, communications, travel, meetings, and special projects while serving as a professional liaison with customers, school districts, manufacturers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional, with experience supporting senior leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage the President's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
· Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and executive communications.
· Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
· Coordinate executive meetings, customer visits, manufacturer meetings, and company events.
· Track action items and follow up on key projects and initiatives.
· Maintain confidential business, personnel, and customer information.
· Prepare expense reports and maintain executive records and filing systems.
· Serve as a liaison between the President and customers, school districts, manufacturers, vendors, and employees.
· Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
· Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred
· Experience in the bus, transportation, commercial vehicle, truck, fleet, dealership, automotive, or related industry.
· Experience in sales support, customer service, CRM systems, or sales administration.
· Familiarity with government bids, RFPs, school district purchasing, or municipal contracts.

Physical Requirements
· Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
