Responsibilities
- Prepare habitats efficiently and accurately following established health and safety standards and keeping them up to standard all week long
- Provide each and every type of animal the care that's required daily
- Operate POS systems
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Fulfilling online orders efficiently and promptly
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during transactions, including cashing out at shift end
- Restocking freezers, refrigerator, and shelves daily in a timely manner
Skills
- Proven experience in retail environments
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations
- Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks swiftly during busy periods
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting retail environment
