- Enjoys coffee to taste for daily calibration
- Eager to learn from our in-house team of coffee experts and ongoing training program
- Knowledgeable about espresso techniques operating, maintaining commercial coffee equipment (not required, but preferred)
- Experienced in the coffee industry with references (preferred)
- Open availability throughout the week (scheduled hours are 7:30AM - 6:30PM, with exceptions on Sunday and Monday)
Responsibilities :

Maintain a clean, tidy and professional work space
- Prepare hot/cold drinks in accordance with customer needs by Crucible standards
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Interact with customers regularly in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications :

Proven work experience as a barista
- Integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail and independence in a work space
- Effective communication and listening skills
