Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible

Former permanent staff of this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; those returning to the same facility must wait 18 months

RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or a maximum of 3 days if RTO falls on or near a holiday

Only one holiday RTO request is allowed per contract; RTO during holiday periods must be spread out and cannot be taken on consecutive days
