In addition to our on-site leasing teams, we also have a Central Leasing Office (CLO) at our headquarters in Dublin, Ohio. The CLO is a key support to the office teams at our many locations.
The primary role of the CLO is to sell our apartment homes. The goal is to get the application from the prospect via phone, email and/or texting. If the prospect wants to take a tour, then the CLO would schedule the appointment for the on-site team. The key difference between the CLO and the on-site team is that the CLO professionals need to know about all of our locations, while the on-site team are most knowledgeable of their main property.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Leasing
- Sell property’s products and services to prospects
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, sister properties and competitors
- Convert phone calls to tours, property tours to leases and internet leads to tours and/or leases.
- Develop and maintain first class customer service relationships with prospects and residents.
Administrative
- Accurately prepare and be thoroughly knowledgeable with all lease-related paperwork, from the application process through the move-in. This includes processing housing applications, preparing move in information, and any other forms utilized as they relate to leasing and resident relations.
- Required Work Hours: This position requires the ability to work 5 days of the week, Monday - Saturday, 52 weeks of the year.
Required Education, Training and/or Experience
- High School or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two years experience in a customer service or sales position required.
- Strong computer literacy, and competence in MS Office Suite.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
- Effective communication and customer service skills required, as well as the ability to interact with others in a team environment.
