Construction Superintendent needed for residential builder in the Southwest Suburbs.
Minimum 5 yrs. experience in overseeing single and multi-family residential construction projects. Strong scheduling background and able to manage multiple priorities.
Essential duties (not all-inclusive):
- Supervision of new construction from dig to close.
- Scheduling deliveries and coordinate building trades
- Prioritize use of subcontractors at various building sites to meet sales deadlines.
- Handle customer service.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Customer services skills.
High School diploma required. Residential construction experience required.
