Pay: Base pay $18/hr can earn up to $20.00–$30.00 per hour (Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses)

What You'll Do
- Represent Renewal by Andersen at local events, festivals, fairs, home shows, and retail locations
- Engage with homeowners in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Schedule free in-home design consultations
- Set up and take down booths, tents, banners, and displays
- Be the friendly, professional face of our brand
- Earn commission on appointments you set
ScheduleWednesday–Sunday | 5-Hour Shifts
- 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
- 1:00 PM–6:00 PM
Shifts are scheduled based on business needs, but we do our best to accommodate your availability.What We Offer
